Hotel Central, (8 rooms) description: Situated in the heart of the historic city centre, this cosy hotel has the ideal central location on the market square of Bruges and opposite the 13th century belfry.
Hotel Central certainly lives up to its name as its location on the market square makes it one of the most centrally located hotels in this popular city. From here many of the city’s major attractions, including the medieval belfry and the many museums of Bruges can be easily reached. A breakfast buffet is also included in the room price. The hotel features its own restaurant that serves regional dishes as well as a special fish menu. In the tavern or terrace you can enjoy regional beers, refreshments, hot drinks and tea room specialities.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Restaurant Central is known for its excellent meals and quick and friendly service. Every 3 months, the chef introduces his new ideas inspired by the season of the year.
The restaurant is open all year from 08:30 to 22:30, except from 7 January to 19 January, 14 March and 14 November.
Our busy months are December, with the annual Christmas Fair in front of the hotel, and the summer months July and August where the sun terrace is popular.
AREA INFORMATION
Hotel Central enjoys a unique location in the centre of Bruges on the large market place with a view of the Belfort (belfry). Many nice bars and trendy cafes are nearby.
