Today, the hotel has 3 comfortable suites which overlook Bruges’ Grand Place.

Once the appointed stately hotel for important guests of the city, now a refined bistro/brasserie, this historical house, offers classic gothic architecture with modern facilities. Unique views over the city of Bruges only add to the appeal of this centrally located hotel. Only 3 guestrooms offer views over the historic Market Square, rich designs and spacious rooms provide an ideal and relaxing location to suit all tastes.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The Bistro-Brasserie has featured in the Michelin, Gault Millau, Henry and Lemaire guides for the past 20 years. The Brasserie is open between 9.00 and 22.00. The breakfast is served between 9.00 and 11.30. Closed on Tuesdays. Annual holiday: February.

AREA INFORMATION
The historic centre of Bruges became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000. As such, cultural interest is found throughout the city, especially due it's vast amount of original gothic architecture. It's attractions include: the 13th Century Belfort, housing a municipal Carillion comprising 47 bells. The city still employs a full-time bell ringer, who puts on regular free concerts. Other famous buildings include the Beguinage, the Heilig Bloed Basiliek (the Basilica of the Holy Blood), the modern Concert Hall and the St-John Hospital.
