TRAVEL INFORMATION By Car (Coming from Calais and Dunkerque - E40):
- Take exit 7, follow the N397 to Bruges and go straight at the next 2 roundabouts.
- Keep to your right, continue under the railway bridge to the right and follow the directions for Maldegem-ring.
- You will pass the station on your right and continue along the road over the bridge.
- At the 3rd entrance to the city on your left (marked Kruispoort), you take the left lane of the road and then turn left over the canal and through the old city gate.
- You are now in Langestraat – the hotel is number 38 on the left hand side.
Coming from Brussels or Gent (E40):
- Take exit 9 (Oostkamp) and follow the directions for Bruges.
- After about 10 minutes you will arrive at the Katelijnepoort intersection with traffic lights; you need to turn right onto the ring road towards Maldegem.
- You will pass the Gentpoort on your left and the next entrance to the city is marked Kruispoort; here you need to take the left lane and turn left through the gate.
- You are now in Langestraat – the hotel is number 38 on the left hand side.
By Rail (Belgian Railways from Brussels)/Public Transport:
- Take the train to Blankenberge, Knokke or Oostende – the first stop will be Gent and the second is Bruges, where you need to get off.
- When you arrive in Bruges, you can either walk to through the city centre (about 30 minutes), take a taxi (approximately EUR 10) or take a bus from the front of the station (the bus stops near to the hotel).
